Origins and Values

Rev’s Convention Ministries
In 2018 at the Metrocon anime convention in Tampa Florida God placed a conviction on our hearts to bridge the gap between the church and the anime community. As Rev watched a pastor and his congregation condemn everyone who passed by to Hell just for entering its doors. After a short conversation with the only decon of that group that would talk about how what they were doing was right and that they saved eveyone that passed (and they definately did not) rev took to youtube. Going live for just 3 minutes and 21 seconds Rev apologized on behalf of the Christian Faith and 1 person Gave their life to christ that day with many more thankful for the kind words and scripture. Thus the ministry was born and it produced more than we could ever imagine.

Rev’s Otaku Talk Podcast
In the beginning a podcast wasn’t an idea or plan. In 2024 a pastor friend and Rev were talking about Rev’s Convention Ministries, and he asked if Rev was doing a podcast (at that point the answer was no). From there Rev was introduced to Tony T. from the Nerd of God Cast and was given an opportunity to be a part of the Daily Nerd Devo Podcast Writing and recording devotionals. Once comfortable Rev and Raver Mom started making a plan for Rev’s Otaku Talk. At the end of 2025 Rev met K2 and they bonded over Jesus music, anime, and video games after a while Rev shared the idea of Rev’s Otaku Talk and asked K2 to join. on February 6, 2025, the first episode hit the podcast world.

Years later after much pain coming from his past Rev felt God telling him it was time to let go and make a change. With the help, support, and inspiration of Raver Mom the change was made. Thus, in 2026 Stomp House Productions was rebranded as Crimson Tide Productions. A production studio dedicated to spreading God’s light to the world in different and created ways.
